When I attempt to save text from a find it goes to something called text tray. How do I access it after it is placed there?

I’ve never heard of a text tray. You can save a book by right-clicking on the “Download PDF” link above the book. The book pages are images though, so if you want to save a section of text from the book, you’ll need to re-type it.
